Check if your flash player is updated. My stream lags horribly with it spiking my CPU usage way higher than it needs to be for a simple video player.

I have a workstation laptop and expensive computer build for my work so it's not like it's a decade old virus ridden POS or anything. I'm thinking it's a buggy flash player version so I'm updating now.
