Most of the bolts on the bike are Ti, this is a dlc coated ti linkage bolt

The graphics look like a play off the 2015 FE bikes...a little different since the plastic is a different shape. But that's probably the basis!

@ outsider, lol, theirs a few things not done on it, its funny , no other bolt fits the hinson cover but the one hinson supplies.

Mine looks flat out turdy compared to yours.
How much weight did you get off the thing? Tell me about the cf head start? I wonder if that will alter the handling?
Engine work looks beautiful. Is this builder known for his work? You need to balance the crank too.

You'll probably get to ride yours before I get to ride mine, but I can't wait to run my J-Bone motor! Dude does some top quality work. Now to get him going on tuning four strokes so he can do my 250 and my 450...

@HenryA, Iol I hear ya!, I know theirs better pipes like the bills,fmf,p/c, but I bought the scalvini purely on looks!, I actually had a 12 250/300sx with a fmf and pc so I know what to expect, sopposeably though this scalvini is all new and should be better than the previous model. I missed the 2 stroke and think the 4 stroke burnt me out, I can put my wife on a 450 today and by next week she"d be motoing with me lol, the smokers are definitely more skill!

thank you for not putting black rims on that thing. Those rims look nice! I think the yellow hoses its not that good looking, and the white on the side of the seat is too much. Otherwise, that bike is super sweet. But I hear, that the 16 2-strokes will be all new. I hope they go all 'fe' on them!
