Were they new or older models? Just wondering if poor guys who had them due not being able to buy fours, or if it was a deliberate choice thing. I love two-strokes, and won't ride anything else.

I will be on vacation next week at by buddy's house he has a fleet of cr 125 and 250 2 stroke Honda's and 500 acres with a track and the wife left at home. Pure Paradise.

Every time I make a 3 Palms trip in Texas, there is a big contingent of smokers too. I love it seeing others like me out there as most of our local yocals drank the koolaid.

There was a few more than usual at Albany yesterday too. Local pro, who is EXTREMELY fast, and talented on a motorcycle, Nate Whitlow, recently rode a 250 smoker at a few different races and he was blazing fast on the bike. Viva la premix

there is alot of newer and older 2 strokes here in michigan...its michigan everyones poor and the economy sucks ass...watch the news lol...i was riding a few miles from log road at geiger mx? you ever been there?

Log road has been steadily turning 2 stroke for about three years. Every time I go I see more and more. Not the slow or poor guys either. Next weekend there will be about 4 more showing up. Three years ago you didnt really see any. Now it is almost 50/50. This may just the pivital weekend.

The hype has run it's course for Joe racer who can't spend $50k on Ti like the factories to make his bike weigh what a stock 2 stroke does. Not to mention rebuild costs.

some new yami's. some new KTM's. and actually some kids ripping on cr and yz125s.. that was what I noticed in my practice. Not quite sure about the others as we weren't parked trackside and I was watching.

no, but I know of alot of people that went there...and it's on my list of tracks to hit. Are you on facebook? They send out notices of riding on there. look me up if you want.
