Your question is a bit to wide. Are you looking for manufacturer or specific models like 2-strokes? Euro brands except for KTM will be illegal. The only exception I could see to that would be Husky since they're making a slight US push.

That is the newest list, right from their site and it lists the 2012 models. Here's and idea, why not just ask the AMA for a list?

Cant be the list for 2012 as Joeys bike is a 2012 YZ 250f...and its not on the list. I believe its 2011 and KTM got their 2012 bikes in early.

The AMA published a bulletin titled SX 2012 Approved Equipment List, dated 12/23/11 here: http://www.amasupercross.com/rules/pdf/2012/buletins/amaracing_bulletin…. Does not list any KTM two strokes and no Husky's. It indicates its a provisional list but I don't see its been revised or updated on their webpage here: http://www.amasupercross.com/rules/index.aspx. The only Motocross list shown is still the 2011 list which appeared to have been revised to include the 2012 KX450F and 350 SX-F as posted above.

sounds to me like KTM did not submit paperwork for their two strokes. I can't imagine them being not legal for any other reason.

wonder if it is intentional? i.e. KTM does not want their two strokes finishing ahead of their more expensive fourstrokes?

Yes for what ever reason they did not submit paper work for those 2 stroke models.

Come on Charles you can come up with a great conspiracy theory if you really wanted!!!!!!

Obviously KTM were told that the only way their Factory Addition KTM 450 Dungey replica would be allowed to race would be if they decided to not register there current two stroke rangeDry

Let the two stroke lovers feed Laughing

I wasn't able to pull up the AMA Pro Racing Rulebook from amaproracing.com, but I'm sure the 2-strokes will be illegal very shortly. With them gone, then the OEMs are free to alter displacements for the 4s (i.e. from 450 down to 350).

It IS in fact from the AMA Pro Motocross 2012 Rule book PDF. I'm guessing thats correct because it says on the link: "AMA Pro Racing 2012 Motocross rule book"

That might be amongst the most mentally retarded responses I've come across here in the Vital discussion board. Are you gonna hang yourself, or do you need some help.

Please stop wasting bandwidth when you have nothing intelligent to say.

Maybe they just forgot to update Yamaha and Suzuki to include 2012 on the site? Strange...
