No F'in way I would give my mechnaic 10%. of a million for one race. For a season championship maybe.

Give him 1% and if the guy balks at getting 10,000 for a nights work then fire his ass. The mechanic did not rip 3 near perfect starts or ride any laps.

Well... If Kawi was paying a mil for each and Williamson is making 10 of each he still made 300 in bonuses just from RV and I would say his salary is a "tad" more than some of the other mechanics...

Well the bike looked pretty damn flawless and his shifter didn't fall off so if it were me I'd go at least 15-20%

I agree w/ the post that mentioned above: 15% to his mechanic and 15% to his trainer; that sounds fair to me. But then again, I didn't win a million bucks last night either nor am I capable of making a SX main event...

No bud, he is trying to say to pay Williamson 5k for 20 yrs since that is 10% of 50k for 20 yrs
