I can't see how this would work with Seven.
The Shop
I can't see how that would ever become a reality if Ride365 will continue with selling their gear.
From a RacerX interview:
"You guys even have your own gear line as well. Take me through the process behind starting that and having it coincide with the launch of the website as well.
Our gear line is actually called 365 MX. It’s not RIDE365 gear. It will be sold on our website but it’s just called 365 MX. It’ll be hopefully out in July or August. Dayton and I have been working really hard on that. Dayton especially; he’s been staying up until the wee hours of the morning to talk to people. It’s insane the amount of work he’s put in. I’m always really picky about what I wear so whenever we started thinking about doing this that was kind of my thing. I’ve always said if you can’t be fast you better look fast. So I think that’s a pretty cool thing and hopefully it goes over good."
RIDE365.com is also an authorized Seven dealer:

If you consider the odd invitation of Brett Cue to the 2017 CRF450R intro - the only not journalist invited and him talking about why Honda called him and that he would take a Honda ride. Could add to the conspiracy theory.
Maybe they were bringing Cue to the Honda intro to get press and start loading the gun for another announcement.
At the end of the video you see a Ride365 ad and you see Seven flashed on the screen, even though 365 is a gear company but they also sell other product. The subplot continues!!!!!! And maybe there was a reason Stewart did NOT show up to his own 2017 gear launch?
One interesting thing is that if the Stewart's go to Ride365, I could see a business opportunity for Seven adopting 365mx and keeping them separate but like sister companies that share. Similar to Fox having Shift as a sister company
Pit Row
I'm estimating that "Seven" is in the hole financially, unless there is value in speculation. :-)
But a title sponsor of a certain gear brand, that team riders don't wear, just seems contradictory. For instance, wouldn't it be weird if the title sponsor of a team was Fox racing and their riders wore Thor? I guess its possible that there's something going on behind the scenes that could have a tie in.
Are you saying Ocelot is Chaps in-house brand?
Chris Crossland is the guy with the money and the legitimate business man. These guys might get to sit at the table, but Chris is calling all the shots. Also if this is true I would expect to see them on 16's because it has been stated many times that bikes and factory parts are limited for the new bike due to the issues in Japan.
