Had a good smack to the pipe yesterday during a Harescramble and the 'ol "it'll buff out" jokes stared flying...... so let's see your best "that probably isn't going to buff out" artwork.
It's a Two Stroke it will probably fix itself........ and all the money you save on top ends will easily pay for the pipe if it doesn't actually fix itself.
Drill a hole or holes on the backside and push it out. I've done it many times, with hammer and with torch but you get it to hot the tool will push thru.
No problem, buy one of those pipe pressure kits, block the ends off add air pressure, heat up the whole area with a welding torch or gas burner till it's red and softened and she will "come out" quicker than your brother did on his prom night! Perhaps carefully remove pro Circuit badge before for less resistance! Re-shape that with a hammer and curved block then re-braze back on.

didn't replace my stock KTM pipe before attempting 1400 miles through the baja... almost cost me my entire trip, but luckily it DID buff-out with the help of a very capable mexican welder
broke all the way around the head-exhaust and a couple inches up the pipe...
RMARTIN517 is giving me a deal on a good used one, and I got a KX125 one off eBay. I have a repair kit, and I'll try getting this one close, but I'm not holding my breath

Whew! Trusting a stock KTM pipe spring loop..... bold strategy cotton
Make sure you spend lots and lots of time fucking with it before you go buy a new one. Probably should throw some money at it too for good measure. You could get lucky trying to fix it though, who knows it might run better

Weld over holes or patch them since it is hidden.
Carlqvist rode with a pancaked pipe, too
He will fix it
broke all the way around the head-exhaust and a couple inches up the pipe...
Got to www.procurcuit.com

She gone
Pit Row
Bondo it up, take a torch and bend the kick starter back in place, then get back out on the track.
Saw in half through the damage, hammer both sides back into shape on a form and weld together again.
I was never able to fix any big damage, always had to get a new pipe.
