Had a good smack to the pipe yesterday during a Harescramble and the 'ol "it'll buff out" jokes stared flying...... so let's see your best "that probably isn't going to buff out" artwork.

Here is mine....

Yeah if you fill it with water and put it in the freezer it'll pop right back. Fixed my red powerband the same way.Whistling

It's a Two Stroke it will probably fix itself........ and all the money you save on top ends will easily pay for the pipe if it doesn't actually fix itself.

Drill a hole or holes on the backside and push it out. I've done it many times, with hammer and with torch but you get it to hot the tool will push thru.

Weld over holes or patch them since it is hidden.

No problem, buy one of those pipe pressure kits, block the ends off add air pressure, heat up the whole area with a welding torch or gas burner till it's red and softened and she will "come out" quicker than your brother did on his prom night! Perhaps carefully remove pro Circuit badge before for less resistance! Re-shape that with a hammer and curved block then re-braze back on.

I made mine out of radiator test plugs, they come in all sizes, been a while but I think it already had a schrader valve in it.

Got to be real patient and gentle with the heat and pressure.

I'd just cut it off in front of the dent and run it 70s style. Low end is overrated.

didn't replace my stock KTM pipe before attempting 1400 miles through the baja... almost cost me my entire trip, but luckily it DID buff-out with the help of a very capable mexican welder

broke all the way around the head-exhaust and a couple inches up the pipe...

RMARTIN517 is giving me a deal on a good used one, and I got a KX125 one off eBay. I have a repair kit, and I'll try getting this one close, but I'm not holding my breath

Well make up your mind, is he gonna shit, or is he gonna kill us?

Bondo it up, take a torch and bend the kick starter back in place, then get back out on the track.

Make sure you spend lots and lots of time fucking with it before you go buy a new one. Probably should throw some money at it too for good measure. You could get lucky trying to fix it though, who knows it might run better

Looks like you need to contact PRO CIRCUIT for a warranty replacement part,, they had to weld it incorrectly right? Whistling

I have had good luck with the old torch and pressure trick. But, I think what you got there is a real nice piece of art for the shop Bro.

Dude..... that would be a funny gag. Email them all serious as if it was a faulty pipe with pictures and see what they say.

My "not gonna buff out" pic from about '07. Did at least a couple grand worth of damage in this crash.

Back in the day Mike Treadwell's father could make that look like new again in 30 mins.

Saw in half through the damage, hammer both sides back into shape on a form and weld together again.

That takes talent, guy would probably make an awesome body & fender guy too.

I was never able to fix any big damage, always had to get a new pipe.
