Excited for him to come back swinging.

MURRIETA, Calif. – Red Bull KTM Factory rider Dean Wilson suffered a crash during practice at the Anaheim Supercross last weekend that resulted in an injured knee that will take him out of the remainder of the 450 Supercross season.
After further evaluation, the doctors have confirmed that Wilson had a torn ACL and badly bruised MCL and meniscus. Wilson flew to Belguim earlier this week to have surgery today. In recovery, Wilson reported that the surgery was successful and he is doing well.
The entire Red Bull KTM Factory Team wishes him a speedy recovery.
Don't know y every time they damage one they take off a year to fix it. Maybe just milking the system
Dean is definitely not milking the system. Dude was working really hard to prove himself on a contract year. Hopefully he gets all fixed up and strong.
This guy is stuck in a vicious circle.

Sadly though (being my Countryman) i think this is it. I've given Deano a hard time r.e this lately but i am right, KTM want a good second guy and sadly it hasn't happened.
It's so frustrating seeing Wilson out again, the guy has the sweetest style and could back it up (on 250s) but it's the same old case of big bikes and injuries.
He ALWAYS does GB proud at Des Nations which i love, and that heat race win two weeks ago proved that 'it' is there, but unfortunately here we are again.
I say we get Deano to GP's or British Champs. Maybe the pressure of being teammate to Dungey is playing on his mind, i don't know. After all, coming from being top dog at Pro Circuit to this! it must play on his mind. Some riders are happy to play second fiddle to teammates! Wilson is'nt that guy
Reminds me of Danny Chandler's Kawasaki Europe ride in 1986 where he was hired and told to 'HELP' Georges Jobe win the championship. Chandler declined obviously.
I'm sorry for the punctuation ridden rant, but this is how i think Dean Wilson must feel.
Th meniscus might considered the least severe of the three, but is actually the most painful in most aspects.
I bucket tore my meniscus which means it folded over in top of itself and acted as door stop in the joint. My leg could be perfectly straight with zero pain. Although it was stuck perfectly straight hence the tear. If I tried to bend it or stand on it it felt like putting your hand in a vice grip and turning till you couldn't bear it anymore
Do you honestly believe that DeCoster, let alone KTM, will re-sign Wilson?
It's much like the Music industry, as soon as you under perform, your out.
Let's hope he can finally put this behind him and have a great outdoor season.
