What's the latest on those two for Straight Rhythm? Are both racing? Will we hear a team announcement for one or both? Or do they both show up on '16 Honda's with Seven graphics? Will Malcolm show up on a Geico HRC Honda? They have managed to keep very quiet lately...

Why wouldn't James just show up on a bike of his own? Rip all the graphics off Jimmy Albertson style if you're unsure of next year. This is a novelty race hosted by his biggest sponsor. He doesn't need to be 100% on a bike completely sorted.

On a side note, is Uncle Ronnie actually going to be racing the straight rhythm?

James? I really don't care to be honest. He couldn't even have the right mindset and get ready for 2016 after the ban. Not at all how you should thank your sponsors for sticking with you after a failed doping test.

Malcolm on the other hand. I would expect that he will get a 450 ride with Geico? He really delivered for those guys big time. The only problem might be the lack of parts for the 17 Honda? And i'm sure that Honda wouldn't want a high profile rider on the track with the 16 bike.

Talent wise? He's still one of (if not the most) talented riders in the world.

But that talent only takes you so far and it seems his confidence and motivation are shaken. At the pro level you need the total package to win.

I think Stewart's best days are behind him. He's still entertaining to watch when he's racing. It's just that the times he's racing seem very rare.

Thanks for the opinion. It was a lack of paperwork filed for a legal TUE for Adderall. He's not Lance Armstrong.

IF you are being serious...

Because of the Earthquake that devastated Kumamoto. Honda are behind on the 2017 CRF450 production and the Africa Twin is also taking up a large amount of that factory's resources as well.

Just figured Straight Rhythm would be a good place for them to make an annoucement, but it's still sounding bleak.

If Mookie is racing overseas on a Honda 450 with Geico graphics, I would assume they are still on good terms and just waiting to announce his HRC/Geico 450 ride til it's all ironed out..

Maybe. He won in '15 during his suspension. That race suits him.
