Will 06 YZ 250 SSS Suspension bolt on my 02 YZ250? I guess I'll have to get 06 or newer triple clamps but should that be it? Worried the shock may be different length.

You'll need the triple clamps off the 06, might need a shorter front brake line, 02 was the stupid under the fork leg, 06 is CR style.

Thanks guys. Figured I'd need the triple clamps and brake line. Think the YZF clamps are the same as YZ clamps?

I've done this already. Yes you will need the 06' or later clamps, and yes the YZF clamps will work, but the 250F clamp has a shorter stem, so you will have to press out your old stem and put it in the YZ250F clamp. The 06' and 07' 450F clamp will work without having to swap the stem. Also, the turning radius won't be as good with the newer clamps, but I ended up shaving about a millimeter off of the bottom triple clamp stop on the frame to compensate for it. The 07's and up use a different brake caliper on the forks, so if you stick to 06', everything should bolt up.
