He was leading his first ever(?) moto as a pro. I think he had the lead 15 minutes in and he finished 18th without a crash.

I remember seeing him im the great outdoors dvd on ktm, i think he was maybe 15 or 16. I about shat when i heard his voice, the kid hadnt even thought of hitting puberty

And that's what I love about that kid, he has come full circle. He went from being out of a ride in America to taking a ride in the GPS learned how to get into shape, learned how to take care of his body, learned how to race and now he's here kicking butt. You got to love the guy.
