Who's the fattest member on here? I'm 5'8" 220, 25 over my fighting weight. I'd do ANYTHING to lose weight. Except diet & exercise, not doing that.

I can take a shot at this one! 6'6 and 280, I was hefty before but I've put on an extra 25lbs of manliness after an early summer shoulder injury.

Eating shitty food, drinking lots of delicious beer and no exercise seems to have worked for me. time to get back on the wagon!

You guys can dump some of that on me if you want. I've tried forever to get to 160, and without getting super bulky its not happening. Right now I'm a plump 150 standing at 5'10"

I'm the heaviest I've ever been...175lbs...at 6'1"...

Certainly not fat...and probably don't qualify...but I have noticed this extra 15lbs came out of nowhere, and aren't really all that interested in leaving.

I envy some of you skinny bastards. My little brother eats like a pig, drinks like a fish, doesn't do anything that resembles exercise & still has abs!! I smell food & gain 5 pounds!

Start driving truck, specifically long haul. Snack on Ho Ho's between 3 shitty meals a day, and make sure every one of those meals contains something deep fried. My personal favourite is deep fried sugar coated butter bars.
Also, get ZERO exercise, just truck, sleep, stuff your face, and you'll pack on 100 lbs, easy, in a year. Cam and I can personally vouch for this proven method. You're welcome

HA! What are you doing posting in this thread!? You're like the skinniest dude I know. You're like concave and stuff.

I'm two of you at 6'0" and 250lbs. I belong in this thread, I've got some beef!

Put your ages on here as well. Because, up until about age 35 I'd be 160 to 175 depending on the time of year, injuries etc. Now, at age 53, I'd gained up to 250. At 5'll" that felt miserable. I've lost 15 pounds recently on the T25 thing. Just now beginning to feel a little bit better. If I could stay on the recommended diet I think I could get under 200 pounds this year. Probably won't happen though. The diet is harder than the workout.

Ain't that the truth! It's BS how much work it takes to get rid of the fat & how easy it goes back on too.

5' 11 200lbs. 43yo. But may be in jeopardy of a weight gain since I'll be on my ass for the next several weeks with this broken pelvis.

I didn't do the diet, but was more thoughtful in my eating.
