I'm 6'2 and have no issues getting low. It's all about corner speed and commitment. You know your low when the radiator shroud is kicking dirt up at you from the louvers. No better feeling in the world.

Not the lowest, but Montalba MX was a favorite of mine with excellent corners. The first pic is me and the other two I took during practice.
