Miss that guy. Besides the racing action, it was always fun to try and get a glimpse of him each lap. Martin Family, how about a track mascot for next years national ! I'll ship a saw body to Millville to get the ball rolling.

Dudes.

The whoopmonster is a fucking prick.

He seemed to think "the whoopmonster" was this trademarkable, revenue producing entity... and when sponsors, and the track itself wouldnt "pay" him to be there, he quit going. the last year he was there, a couple of kids from one of the video/blog sites like vurb (dont think it was vurb) tried to put one of their stickers on his chainsaw. Guy freaked the fuck out, demanded payment, ect.

sometimes the real story sucks. this is one of those times.

The last year I saw him there he must have had Monster sponsorship. He had a side by side all painted up in the Monster livery anyway. I didn't see him there the following year and I don't think he's ever been back since. He didn't look to be a young man and to suit up in a gilly suit in the heat and humidity that Millville dishes out could be brutal and even dangerous actually.

DL117, BONE CANE & GOATS FEET -- TOO F'N funny !. Narrator, I wonder if he can be "renamed" as to not infringe on his, I use this loosely, TRADEMARK. Such as the Creature from the Millville Whoops. Damn but the old guy was entertaining.

That Ace Wheelie getup doesn't seem very comfortable for a day at the races, but at least he gets a clear view of the track.

I ran into him at a local store a year ago. I was wearing a mx shirt. He commented on it and asked if I ever go to Millville . When I said yes he said he was the woop monster. I had known he lived in my area. Talked for a while about the state of mx. He did seem turned off by its current state though.

I could have sworn I read on here somewhere in one of the posts that comes up every couple years that the guy was an older fella and developed some health problems. I think his name was Jerry?! Never heard anything bad about him in any threads over the years until this one. Kinda interesting how the story changes over the years.
