Who pays for services like WADA/USDA/PRADA etc?

the riders or the promoter and how much does it cost for them to facilitate the program. sorry if this has been discussed before.

If this comes out of the riders pockets it would seem pretty unfair but I have no idea. DC to the red courtesy phone.

I have heard that whoever is paying it, is paying much less than other sports do; hence why it takes 6 weeks to get results.

And it's USADA. is there some beef going down?

Thanks for the response. Next question is, who wanted it or pushed for it? Riders...nah. teams....maybe...DC and crew...i doubt it.

I've heard about every rider over the last few years on sites like Pulp, DMXS and TWMX and hundreds of written interviews on RX say they want it....

Teams had the discussion at last year at the nationals before Washogoul.

That's one way of looking at it.

Another way might be that fans pay to watch racing, and the promoters decide how best to maximize profits.

In this case...

The Promoter is working to level the playing-field in such a way that it could actually hurt their profits...in the short-run.

Hence, I'm proud of what they're doing & how they're doing it.
