May be Jeff Grafton. I know he rode Suzuki when he turned pro, always ran JT gear, but don't remember his race number. RIP Jeff!

Don't think it's shane

Trittler raced Suzuki in the 1991 125 west coast 125 SX races and that is a 1991 RM based off the ugly grey/yellow camo seast cover. He rode Kawi in 1990. But like you said I always remembered him having long hair hanging out the back of his helmet.

I remember Jeff running 686 I think.
The gear and sponsors match though.

Rich Taylor? He ran JT around then and was often in DirtRider.
Edit: Now that I look again, RT would have probably been using Smith Goggles.

Trittler wore Answer gear and ran # 165, so don't think it is Shane in the photo

There was a river bed in Santa Maria that we would ride in. Shawn would be there sometimes, he rode a Honda #119. I remember watching him case a triple at Anaheim pretty hard.. Nice guy but not him..

I dont remember him being that tiny.
And was a Yamaha support/test rider until he picked up his PC ride, IIRC.

Not sure if it was him, but that was the name that came to mind. He did ride Suzukis from around 86-90 according to the vault.

Oh, desktop view. Have to love the yellow frame, dogged boots and gear, those helmets set the style going forward even today.
