Do you guys order it and pay the shipping, or do you get it locally? I'm having trouble finding somewhere locally to buy VP race gas...

Locally usually for me. We have Sunoco 110 at the pump about 15 minutes away. Going to be using U4.4 this year in my 125 so it may turn into a challenge. VP is one of the shittiest companies to deal with for vendors. You must purchase their product in something like $1500 minimum orders, and they rape you for the freight. Looked into it a few years ago and on a normal 5 gallon pale you would stand go make under $3 by the time it was all said and done, unless you wanted to jack the price way up.

The VP Race Fuels web-site has a regional map...
Look up your regional office & call and ask for your closest dealer/local distributor.

A local welding/air gas supply company stocks VP U4.4 so I just get it from him. He's a little higher than getting it other places but I like to support the little guy.

Same here but for $9 a gallon. I was surprised how cleanly that stuff burns and how crisp it made my bike. You could eat off the top of the piston.

Good to know. I ran VP for a little bit before I went back to non ethonal. Local place I was getting my VP from had a hard time keeping in on hand and getting a steady shipment. Prices varied quite a bit also so that was the end of my VP days.

Not sure what type you run but most drag strips and larger high performance engine shops stock all different types

Doing a search on the VP website, Minneapolis doesnt have any VP dealers locally. That seems rather odd.

I'm sending my YZ 125 into Eric Gorr to make it a 144 and he suggested to run the VP U4.4, but I'm not sure how I can get it... A gas station near me sells 110, but I don't know what kind it is. I guess I'll probably just run that...

Flyers( previously GoodSpeed) in Hesperia. 1.5 miles or so from the house. U4.4 by the pail for the Thumpers and C12 by the gallon for the Fun20Five. Good guys there. Lucky to have it so close to home/tracks.

Around orange county the airport gas hookup seems to be a wives tale ive never found any way to get it not even at the LB Airport BUT if you live in or near Hintington Beach you can get Sonoco 110 (i believe or not sure what brand it is) at the car wash at the intersection of Beach Blvd and Garfield from the pump at like $9.00 a gallon.

We have a huge multi brand shop here that sells it for 20% above anyone else.

I've been getting it from a local motorcycle/snowmobile repair shop for $55 a pale instead.

Would the be willing to ship? It is $85 a pale here and that is if you can find it. I've got 3 pales on standby...

I need to find something else. I had been getting vp from a motorcycle dealer and it's 90ish for 5 gallons. Since we are in CA I have to fill out a huge sheet each time I do it. It's ridiculous
