Lots of executive turnover and poor management. The warehouse is full of old product.

They are my hometown company, in fact I live less than 1/2 mile from them, but things are not looking good since they were bought by an investment group.

I used to wear all their stuff, but the product quality suffers badly now, I really hate to see them like this.

Lots of their people read this board, maybe they will chime in about whats up...

I was wondering the same thing. They used to be my go to for gear. But the designs are not up to par and I agree that quality has gone downhill recently too. Would live to see a new line up from them.

Very hard to do business with them when they don't return calls or emails and take 4 weeks to get the product to your store that's for sure..

I've noticed that a lot of employees have been jumping ship. Makes you wonder... I own nothing but One Industries gear, but Alias is looking more and more tempting with their pricing and designs.

I bought some gear r from them like 3 years ago. Awsome quality. I ordered some other stuff from them and had issues with them messing up orders and not getting my refund. It all got straighted out but still a headache

It's a shame when a bigger fish comes in and ruins a good thing. I was a rep for White Bros/Alloy /661 some years ago when MAG bought them out and put a bullet in the brain. We were putting up good numbers at the time and the whole situation was a cluster for not only the employees, but our dealers and customers. MAG only bought it for some other product line, can't remember now which it was. I also watched SPY go down the tubes when they decided to chase dollars on Wall Street.

What happened to the old 'Merica where quality and loyalty were valued over profit?! Won't be long and the Chinese will not only make all of our gear and bikes, but also own the companies.

I must say that the WPS display tent at the top of the hill in Lakewood looked pretty cool (and expensive).

Fly must be flush with cash nowadays...

I had to buy a new helmet for an upcoming vintage race this weekend since my Troy Lee is over 5 years old. Couldn't find a Fox helmet scheme I really wanted to spend big money on but I found a One Ind. helmet on closeout that was a good match for the new Fox Image gear. Yes it was pretty damn cheap but I figured it would be quality on par with most of the other offerings out there. Much to my dismay, this thing is even less impressive that that 3 dollar piece of squirt molded plastic Apinestars neck brace. Almost scared to wear it. What a piece of shit.

I have some of the One Replica helmets stashed away that may be newer than 5 years old, still all new in the box. May break one of them out if they'll fit my big ol head. Got a Bayle, Dogger and both Bailey replicas.....

That new Image gear is the tits though!

Ahh Newmann, I would have thought at your wise age you would not make this a fashion show like the young kids haha.

Ever thought of stepping it up to a Shoei or an Arai? If you havent tried them on, please do - they are heads and shoulders above the KBC mass produced helmets.. A One Ind feels like a palm holding each side of my head - an arai or shoei feels like 15 fingers perfectly caressing my nogin.

Former One employee here.....I'm surprised they're still in business. Sad because the gear was on point and the direction of the company was on point but a few bad investors and a disconnect between them and the industry results in a ship sinking like a torpedo.

Sad. I've been a fan of ONE Ind since their very first gear offerings. They were by far the innovators at that time but it seems that their style has gone downhill in the last couple of years. I'm hoping they get it turned around and come back strong.
