There was this kid at the track yesterday that kept cutting people off and even rammed one guy knocking him off his bike. After he came back into the pits the guy he rammed went up to him to ask what his problem was. The kid said " I'm 16.. touch me and i'll sue you for everything you have" and then he got up in the guys face and begged him to do something. But the guy laughed and walked away. I see this alot from young punks. They know you can't touch them so they try to get you to do something. I told the guy just to clean him out on the track sometime or else have someone under 18 kick his ass..lol..What would you have done if you were in the guys situation???

Your buddy did the right thing. A lot of accidental shit happens on the track, maybe an accident will happen to that little prick real soon. Maybe it will just be karma. Talking to the track owner might not be a bad idea either. I know no one wants to be a tattle tale but the shit head is going to continue until told not to by someone in authority.

Yea, he did the right thing. I know it sucks to listen to a little bitch run his mouth but that clown with end up being a washed up nobody soon. The respect level in everything has gone down in today's America and it dissapoints me to see this. We can always send this little bastard to China and they will have his ass in the rice patties for 24hrs daily then he'll learn some respect.

Talk with the track owner/manager. I don't know too many owners that are willing to have their insurance yanked because a kid is being dangerously aggressive on a track. If you belong to a club, contact the president of the club with description of the bike, license plate, etc. As a member in a club, I don't want to lose access to such a great sport due to irresponsible riders.

If the guy touches me,my bike, or property then I can defend myself(no time to ask for an ID). I'd wrap him up in a choke hold and attempt to hold him while track security or cops are called. If he resists and throws punches,then all bets are off and it's a free for all. Cool

You go downtown and hire the toughest looking 16yr old kid you can find and pay him a $100.00 and take him back to the track. Video tape it , put it on youtube and show all his buddies how much of a puss he is......just an idea.

First off doesn't a 16 yr old need a parent or guardian at the track ?

You should have notified track personnel and located this Parent and had a talk along with a you are done for today come back in 2 weeks after you have thought about this and we will see about letting you back in.
