I've wanted to try to grow a YouTube channel to at least 10k subs since 2012 but I've never felt like my editing (or riding) was good enough. I've finally gotten faster and my editing has gotten a lot better, so I finally decided to start trying.
The question for you is what type if music do you want to see more of? I like rap but I want my channel to appeal to everyone so I have to understand that most 10 year old kids and 45 year old adults aren't schoolboy q fans.
I was thinking rock but I'm not sure

In response to the op, plenty of punk rock, that's moto
Not that i dont like metal or punk in moto videos but the question is how to grow, you have always better chances if you try something new.
4 strokes sound shit , so just dont bother , and 2 strokes with music over the top makes me want to track people down and punch them.
In all seriousness, i follow what Crush said!
Like the legendary MCM2 intro:
And the Terrafirma 5 1998 ama outdoordoos season recap:
Watched these parts thousands of times before going riding, allways got me pumped up!
Pit Row
(edit - need to learn how to link videos!)
So old, it's new again.

There were a bunch of comments on it from people who would have strung me up if they knew where I live.
If you cover up the sound of a two-smoke with music, you might as well kick a puppy in the same video.
