What can I drink daily and during racing and riding and working out and cycling
I always drink water that all drink with little milk here and there but what do you guys drink out at the track other then water that can give you fuel to your body because I can't eat much when I ride I make my self eat but some and some times in the mornings on race days I don't have time to eat other then a banana so what can drink daily and while riding all day

This is what I drink. Love the stuff and they have a few options as far as hydration mixes.

Obviously you wouldn't come back from your moto and slam milk... .but after you hydrate with some water..
Brawndo. It's like pouring a monster truck into your face.
After it's all over, it's a Coors light mixed with Clamato in a big cup mixed with ice. The best recovery drink I've ever used. I'm being serious too. Two of those and I'm good to go after the hottest most strenuous mountain bike rides or summertime motos. Good when washing your bike

Havent tried the hammer fizz though. I have used the cytomax ready to drink stuff and that stuff gave me the worst stomach ache out on the bike.
If im cycling in the summer I use the skratch hyper hydration mix before long rides. Always seems to keep me hydraded. I also drink a gallon of water a day during the week.
And beagles have the right ratio of carbs to protein on race day,4 to 1. You just want to eat the carbs that are needed ,loading down on spaghetti the nite before is all wrong,it causes your digestion to pull water away from mussels to cope with a bloated colon.
Eat a blueberry beagle an hour before practice then same with motos.
