Looking to buy a kit here soon to do my own adjustments so I am looking for a kit to purchase.

Any help will be appreciated

Back in the day when ya needed shims you took your old ones to the local mom and pop MC shop and just swapped em out.

I believe he's talking about the valves in the engine, not in the suspension.

I don't know of any "bad" ones, just measure every shim before putting them in your engine and you should be fine.

Most shops use the hot cams kits.

Are you saying HC shim kits don't mimic manufacturer measurements?

Go down to your closest motorsickle shop and trade your tractor for something without valves - 'cept in the suspension. Then do the top end a couple times a year depending on hours.

No, they only come in .05 increments. Sometimes i need between those numbers

this.. I usually do the math on the teardown and order the size I need from MoSport or local Honda dealer.

went with the PRO-X kit. was worried that the HC kit wouldnt have the sizes i need.
