I'll be honest there are a ton of tracks in the 50-60 miles-away range that I have yet to try because of the drive. 78 miles is a haul. Good on you dude!
Everything else is about 45 min to an hour, too many good tracks to even list.
Closest is Trophy Club park, More of an offroad area with a small MX track but its mostly sand. Its only 15 min away so when it rains I'm there!!
Private practice tracks anywear from 30min to 1.5 hours away
Favorite track is 4 hours away, some decent ones 1.5-2 hours away.
To me the post above is crazy you haven't visited a track because it's 60 miles away?!
The Shop
1 hour to Glen Helen
2 hours to Pala
2+ to Zaca Station
When I was in Portland
45mins to Mountain View
45mins to Washougal
10 minutes to Riverfront
45 minutes to Prarie City
I agree with yak's comment about not driving 60 miles to a track because it's too far. You either must not be into riding that much or are spoiled with places to ride. Even then, I'd still drive to the other tracks.
Closest - 45 miles (1 hour) to Freelin MX
Other than those 2 every other track worth going to in Michigan is 2-3 hours away.
Marysville (Estreet, MMX Sand, Riverfront) - 1 hour
Dixon - Argyll Park - 50 minutes
Hangtown - 20 minutes
But, if I had to pick one, I'd go to MMX sand...check out avatar.
45 to Gorman
1:20 to Milestone
Pit Row
1 hour and 20 minutes to Johnsonville MX Farm
1 hour and 30 minutes to Buffalo Creek mx.
2 hours and 15 minutes to Underground mx.
3 hours and 20 minutes to 3 palms once.
Farthest I have ever drove to ride is 5 hours and 30 minutes to Red Rock mx down by Austin and it was worth it! Also been to Circuit of The Americans in Austin on the track bike. Those trips were a long haul!
Little track in my front pasture is where I ride the most. Some other private tracks are less than an hour away which is nice. Yes distance has kept me from visiting other places. I rarely make it all the way in to DFW or the Houston area. I am very blessed to have a ton of tracks that are close to me imo. But boy would a big track 15 minutes away be nice! I might never go home!
Seems like all the places to ride for me except Orlando MX are about 1.5-2hr away.

Second favorite is FOD in Millville, NJ - 1hr30min on a good day
I never thought I'd be saying it while it was open, but man I miss Blue Diamond. 1hr transit on a bad day. Hindsight right...
2 Hours to MC Motopark Mt Carrol,IL
2.5 hours to Kahoka, Missouri
16 Hours to 3 Palms - will be there couple times this winter
3 hours (162 mi) to Motoland in Kingsbury, IN.
3 hours (161 mi) to Redbud in Buchanon, MI.
There are a few smaller tracks that are around the 1.5hr mark if I'm pressed for time.
Dixon > Argyll .45 hrs
Hangtown > .45 hrs
Turlock > Oatfield 1.5 hrs
Livermore > Club Moto 1 hrs
San Jose > 408MX 1.45 hrs
Tulare > DT-1MX 2.7 hrs
