Got stuck behind a pile up in the first turn. Not sure about after that but looked good in practice and heat.

Not true , the newbie Ferrandis made it possible to go from 14th al the way up to 6th, so no follow the leader there.
Craig took 2 diggers after getting stuck behind a pile up in the start and that did not help him very much in his race forward

Ferrandis did very well for his first SX race and if you cant see that just because he's a euro there something wrong with you and not with me.

I'm not taking shots at Craig by any means, i like the guy and love his style and where he came from i would rather see him on the top step of the podium than struggling in the back of the pack. The topic title asked what happened to Craig? I think i said nothing wrong with the explanation that he got stuck behind a pile up and had 2 tip overs, which ultimately did not help him to go forward and it had nothing to do with the track necessarily what Tannermxer implied.

He was my pick to win as well. I watched him off the start and he got a terrible jump and was just buried. That on top of taking a few dirt samples didn't make for a great night for him.
