What company can do number plate backgrounds for a 2000 XR 650L?

Lots of graphic companies will do custom graphics. All you do is send in your # plates for them to use as a template. Then they're sent back to you with or without them installedSmile

I would send new plates and have the company install backgrounds. Pain in the ass, trust me. Try SoCal Decal that might be able to help you out.
