The Shop
He's a part timer now, SX only (at least that's what we all assume including me). Overseas races are easy money and prep on a new bike.
1. Easy Money
2. Possibly 1 race autralian sponsors to increase that money
3. Friends, Family, home country
4. Invaluable race time on a new bike
IMO he shows up on a blue or yellow bike
After watching some of the Nitro Circus events in that area I wouldn't want to be the promoter and have to deal with the recourse of either one of them not showing, some crazy fans down there for sure.
Who knows if there are any existing and ongoing contract issues that would prevent him from getting on whatever he ends up on for next year right away after the shoulder is good to go. If not, he obviously will have the best opportunity timewise in years to get things to his liking and be prepared for the indoors. Nobody wants to hear the "behind the eight ball" version number whatever from him to start the new season.
If racing against Bubba in basically a grudge match on his original home turf isn't enough to get him fired up and be prepped to go then who knows what is.
It has all the ingredients to be one hell of a show.
Didn't Hansen really dig racing down there as well? If they could get him to come down and play it would be an added bonus for the fans.
Pit Row
I'll bet $2k, any takers?
Heard from an extremely good source.
