They would have to push back the race schedule for the whole day 2 hours if they did that.

Track walk, riders meeting, practice, track prep and employee scheduling for the venue and racing employees would all be affected.
All of that starts happening on Sat morning last I knew some of it starting fairly early.


I am on East Coast time too so I can see how it would be nice but I don't see it happening.

Are you fucking serious? There are 30K fans + in the stands and you want them to start the race earlier so 600 people who would listen anyway can be more convenienced. God this place is amazing some days. I feel cheap and dirty for replying to such ridiculosity.

The bulk of the income comes from ticket sales, Changing show times to accommodate a few hundred listeners wouldn't make any sense.

But what the hell our government makes policy based on minority groups because they think the world should be more fair.

off Topic a bit but I always thought why not have some kind of event using the track on a sunday or even a friday (as long as its it good shape for saturday). Something that can bring in more fans more money. Just a thought.

You are right, I would have probably gotten more and better replies if I would have said this rider sucked, or that rider is a sissy, or that team manager is a clown. Sorry to stray so far from the everyday bullshit that this fricken board has become.

I know it probably won't change, just throwing the idea out there.

I will just continue to do what I have been doing every Sunday morning and check the results on my iphone before I go to the line for my first moto of the day.
