Congrats man I rode 16 which is similar without the AER forks and it was awesome best ktm 450 they ever made , I'm on the list should have one in April. Let us know what ya think have fun!

quick question, did your FE come with an extra 'quicker' throttle cam? I have a 15.5 FE 450 and it did not, and the one thing I can not stand about the bike is the long throttle pull!

No it didn't, the engine is completely stock. But the European SXF 450s have only 4 gears so it will be a bit different with the FE 5 speed gearbox. My old 2014 450 had 4 gears.

I should mention that the spokes are the "old/traditional" ones that actually last, not the black thin ones. So the front wheel should not explode!

Congrats Man, I'm happy for you! I'm also getting excited that I'm getting the same FE. I have not bought a new bike since 2003 and have bought the last 4 used. I just couldn't pass up something as awesome as the 16 FESmileSmileSmileSmile

Thanks mate! This is my first brand new bike since my 2010 KXF 250. The weather in Finland is pretty shitty right now so im not sure if i will be able to ride it this week :/

Yes it comes off like the number 13 on the FE 250! I think that its nice that they give the customer to have a different number.

But i will have to say that the 250 FE looks amazing, the all orange plastics looks better than the white plastics.

Fortunately an all orange plastic kit should arrive next week or maybe on Friday!

My oldest son has been drooling over the 250 FE. Only problem is it has my number on it...Lucky 13. Good looking bike, congrats!!!

Your oldest son should get one Wink My dealer had a 250 FE and it was stunning, the 450 FE is incredible for a stock bike but the 250 with the TLD graphics and all orange plastics is just amazing and you can remove the numbers!

It's good to hear it does come off! I was wondering why KTM would make you have to change backgrounds immediately but apparently we don't have to. Thanks for the pics. It's good to hear they are now in the states. I have a few questions if you don't mind.
1. Does it come with the map switch on the bars?
2. Hour meter?
3. Air pump for forks?
4. O-ring chain or just a standard chain that is gold?
5. Come with any other stuff?

if its like the 2015 FE the 1 does not come off the 250 does I believe
