A great friend and customer lost his life today after suffering a heart attack at the track. The world lost a great man and I ask that my vital men and woman say prayer for the Jordan family. Robert is survived by his 2 sons and his wife. He influenced me much and always was a pleasure to work and ride with. I'm asking again please pray for strength towards the Jordan family. Another taken too quickly.

How better to go out after finishing a solid moto? Hope that's how I go.

I love you Mr. Jordan, thank you for what you taught me.

-heard about that today Ryan.. CR64 was there, Raske, and a few others. Crazy. I didn't know Robert, but sh*t,.. Very tragic.
Prayers sent- hope the fam heals as best they can, and they find some peace knowing he was doing what he loved.

My thoughts and prayers to the Jordan family, and you sir. It sounds like he was a big part of your life, and a part of our MX family.

Godspeed.

As I get older (turned the big 5O this year) I keep thinking about that saying, "Everybody dies but few people truly live"

I sorry he's gone but I do hope that's how I go...doing what makes you happy.

I was 16 when I saw a friend of the family die from a heart attack at the track. I never in my life thought about getting close to 50 and and still riding also. Rip to this man and his family. My uncle was killed on his Harley this April and all I can think of is he died with the wind in his face. If there is any comfort it's that they passed doing something they loved.

Thanks for posting Ryan! My wife and I, along with our 2 sons, were extremely close to the Jordan's. Our boy's grew up riding moto together. We're just devastated over the loss of Bobby. He and his boys epitomized moto. They were a true motocross family. Bobby had a kind heart and a good soul. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed by many in the Houston MX community. God speed my friend.

When RACERX69 called me Saturday with the news about Bobby, I couldn't believe it. We had just gone to the outdoor national at Glen Helen back in May and had such a great time. Bobby was the most positive, upbeat guy I have probably ever met. He loved Moto and riding with his boys at the track. He will truely be missed by his friends and family. The only good thing is he was riding MX his last day on earth....RIP!
