Ass.

My 08 is a fantastic bike, if it had EFI I'd be better than any new Honda. Fact.

I also own a 13 KXF 450 among several others, so Im not bias because its my only bike.

An easy makeover is to use a 2014 front fender, and Cycra front number plate. you just have to fabricate a small bracket for the plate, no big deal.

It really makes the bike look better and more modern. all the other 13-14 plastic is too different to match up without major subframe mods.

There's a comment from someone who knows jackchit about moto. Your user name fits like a glove.

I currently own a 2012 and 2013, and have owned the 2008 in 2007/2008. I just rode another 2008 nearly bone stock and I would trade it for my 2013 with offset clamps, linkage arm and multiple suspension revalves.

I put the power flow plastic on my 07 CRF and I could not believe the difference that more air flow makes. That bike hits hard anyway but with more airflow front and back, Wow! But I'm old and slow anyway so what do I know?

i loved mine had it from new , sold it last yr , with 500 hours on it one full rebuild and a good few piston changes and never had 1 problem once with it , such a great bike , got an rmz 450 now , and i do think it is a slightly better bike , but had a go on a new honda and th 08 is far better still , if the 08 had fi , it would be hard to beat
