Did the TV package show the finish line carnage between those 2? I was at the race live and we were all standing giving Mushy a round of applause when you hear a panic rev and both riders going ass over tea kettle at the finish line.

Not sure what had happened and I know Friese went up to Thompson after they collected their bikes and it looked like he had a few choice words.

I was watching the scoring online and when I saw that Friese was close to Thompson on the last lap, I pretty much knew sparks would fly. It made not seeing the actual race THAT much more painful.

Vince said that Thompson came into the corner head on and they tangled up the face and that scoring gave him the position.

It was an awesome finish with Vince's bike cartwheeling over the finish.

Thompson rode awesome.

Gotta say, the transponder wire at the base of the jump needs to be reworked.

The AMA still can't figure out the transponders that they claim to "live and die by".

Maybe I've lost interest but this entire dog and pony show is getting old.

Any footage on this?? Friese is riding surprisingly well but you can clearly see he is significantly slower,hes just getting good starts and really is a pain in the ass to pass...seems everybody is really carefull when encountering him.

Friese has been riding good in the 250 East. I don't care if "top guys" are injured, dude is getting TV time and finishing well.

And he doesn't give away spots- which is the whole point of racing, right?

As w/ some of the others on here; he has been riding very well this season. He's keeping himself out of messes on the racetrack and concentrating on moving forward and it shows in his results. I hope he can keep this trend going...

dont like him , but think he is riding really well , plus got two top 10 s in the 450 s , and that class deff is not weak , seems top ride the 450 better two , fair play to the guy

listend to the interview. he wasnt cryin. i think hes redeemed himself this year. great finishes no dirty riding. hes hard to pass. like bowen. holley, rollerball, etc

He is still not easy to pass by any means but lately he doesn't give me that feeling of riding dirty. Like others have said it feels like he is trying to move forward. I think the diference is he gained some speed. Good for him

I love a good battle, its what racing is all about. but for some reason Vince drives me crazy and i can't stand it when he holds somebody up.
