I'm hoping to see Spies, Rossi, Stoner, and Lorenzo go at it till the last round.

Thats an awesome looking bike too.. its got a nice 'old-school' style to it.

Wouldn't mind one as a bit of a runaround... Whistling

Not sure thats gonna happen with Valentino riding one of those now! He was always under powered against the Ducati on the exits of corners and straights, now he wont have a problem!! Cant wait to watch the opener Moto GP and also F1

If he gets it to handle well for his style. I think Nicky was having trouble in that dept.

Think of Rossi like a Kdub... He gets the power down and is a roll on the power type of guy. Those bikes get sketchy when they have soome one on them stabs at the throttle and rides like a point and shoot racer, Rossi is not like that one bit!!

That is pretty amazing. I can't imagine that much horsepower in a motorcycle. That just happens to be the same amount that I had in my 04 Dodge SRT-4.

that has been the problem with the Duke, it was developed for Casey Stoner, his settings, riding style, engine choice (big bang & screamer versions)

each teammate of his has had to adapt to the bike and Casey's style, be it Loris Capirossi, Marco Melandri, or Nicky Hayden.

Nicky has shown some great improvement on the bike and I think he will be up there but I hate to say it...Jorge Lorenzo is the fastest man on the planet right now...key phrase being "right now."

Rossi would dominate if they got rid of alot of the electronics. I just hope this year doesnt become another year of the winner being the guy/team that found the setup fastest. I also think Stoner is going to be a real threat on the Honda, he struggled with the front brakes on the Duc. Honda also seems to make the most consistent power of all the teams. We shall see though its going to be fun to watch none the less.

Rossi is a very very smart racer. He let's the leaders burn their tires up in the first half of the race while he sits back and burns up his gas and saves his tires. Then he attacks with a lot lighter bike and is able to out ride them with better tires and more skill. You have to wonder how he just baits them in and is able to turn it up at will.

SH105 is right, is he super smooth like KDUB! He can out break them and then out ride them with a slower bike. I have to think Lorenzo will be right their with Rossi though.
