So let me get this straight...KTM gave him a 250SX to do the nationals, and they (KTM) didn't know their bike wasn't "legal" to ride in said nationals......mmmkay.

I believe he got the 250 through a dealer via the regional ktm rep. They wanted him to do all the local stuff on it.
