The only reason I mentioned him moving down, would be to try and handle a lighter, easier to ride bike. Some of his crashes have not been his fault, but I wonder if a 250 would help him build back up more safely than a 450 (since he has remained "on the mend" for the last couple of years).
With how fast modern 250's are, would it not make sense to make the 250's the premier class?

Most of these riders are runts and handle the 450 just fine. Crashing is part of the sport. Riders get hurt. Canard won't be the last injured rider this summer
