There is a loft at each end of the cabin as well that sleeps another person as well Pic of the cabin is when we just put it in place. There is grass around it with lights outside as well.

Was thinking the same. I have got a down payment for my old track and should have the rest of funds by the 15th or the buyer will surrender his dp. Already ready to blow the wad on another headache Sad )

Yes this is a training facility and we had a current top pro rider doing the training It worked out well for a while but he wasn't able to dedicate himself as much as needed. I don't have the time to dedicate myself to the facility so unfortunately I am putting it up for sale.
There are only two neighbors that are remotely close to me. One of them actually comes over to help out on the tractor and the other one comes over to watch. They love it.

Zoned agricultural so taxes are only $770 a year!!!!
That's crazy. 45 acres ag in southern Colorado costs me160. Cool place.
