62.66 acres with motocross track - avg expert lap time 2:09-2:11, prof built Arenacross track, turn tracks, pit bike track, and pond. Has 11 full RV hook ups- septic, electric , water and wifi. One more hook up with only electric but water and septic can be tied in easily. Each electric hook up has its own 50/30 amp outlets, and 2-120 volt outlets. Brand new 1200 gal septic tank and fields last year, brand new well and 200 gal holding tank. A 12'x32' cabin on site for housing 4 riders comfortably has a full size shower, toilet and sink. Also an outside shower to rinse off. The cabin also has a full size electric stove and microwave. A matching 10'x20' shed with metal roof has electrical panel with interior lighting for all your tools etc. There are 4 light poles along the driveway and LED lights outside the cabin and shed to light up the facility at night. This is a brand new track/training facility that has been built over the past year so everything is new. A 3" trash pump is set up for watering the Arenacross track. Bring a bunch of friends and have a private place to live and train or open up to the public for training or racing. Have a couple of racing organizations that would like to hold races here. Jumps are made of clay and track surface is sand or sand/clay mix. Track drains excellent, can ride and hour after a long rain!! Also not a rock on the property!! What is the neighbor situation?
There are only two neighbors that are remotely close to me. One of them actually comes over to help out on the tractor and the other one comes over to watch. They love it.
