The only catch to that is the knee will be weak. If he tweaks it again you start back over on your rehab and attempt to control the swelling. Any wrong dab can set him back weeks or months in recovery or just make the tear worse.aggiemoto99 wrote: He will get better quickly - if the rest of the knee structure is solid and unhurt, with the right therapy and time, a moto athlete can be 100 percent capable to do what is needed on the bike despite the acl..
I actually think DV12 talked about this on here before, plus something along the lines MC never had an ACL his pro career...
I bet we see stewart up front soon...so long as no other serious tweaks on the knee...
Now they`ll say that he`s faking it to get out of riding outdoors.IceMan446 wrote: Well all the people saying he was faking have a plate of crow to eat.

Indecision is a choice
There is no way he can get healthy in 4 month after ACL surgery.Mr. Ted wrote: Well outdoors 2012 was short lived and probably no 2013 outdoors. If he skipped the rest of SX would he be able and willing to do outdoors? Or would he rather stick to SX, even if his performance is below par and skip outdoors again? I think he is wanting to do SX over the outdoors anyways. Now he can not do outdoors "just for the fans" and if he doesn't do well in SX it will be written off due to the injury. Unfortunately, I think having to skip anything is starting to make him more and more irrelevant, regardless of the cause. Not hating on him, just saying the MX fan's ADD/short term memory is going to start kicking in.

Of the many suggestion to "fix this", physiotherapy to strengthen the muscles and skip any of the many classic operationsis winning more ground.DrSweden wrote: Bummer. Maybe outdoors was toasted anyway, maybe outdoors could happen despite this?
We know shit at this point other than this will hold him back to some extent for sure.
