I think you're right!

My free time lately has been filled by rewatching the first 5 outdoor 450 motos from this year, still can't believe how fast he was going!!! Can't wait to see some more of that

Amazing how these guys can come back from injury without skipping a beat. He's got about 2-1/2 months. I don't see how it would be possible for him " Not " to be ready. Most guys are going to start their SX training and tuning around the same time.....hopefully Eli is good to go.

And btw , I think it's fucking awesome seeing him on green! #3 Kawi just works!

OK. Sarcasm can be hard to pick up in two words on a forum.

But as per always with tomac, he's gotta keep it on two wheels, make a bad day a 4th. Not a 17th.

Exactly, riding a different bike wont change his option/risk taking

well, he won't beat someone like dungey by doing exactly what he does. tomac (or anybody) will need to take risks to be better than the rest. consistency alone will not work, he will need to beat the next guy straight up as well. that's why rv was so good, he finished always inside the top 5 and was able to win a lot as well. that takes risks, more risks than the others take.

Looks smooth and fast. Very comfortable. Should have everyone covered from what we see here.

Why didn't he pin it all the way through the corner? Kawasaki needs to put him back on a 2 stroke so he could learn how to keep up his momentum again. I guess that's the effects of having so much time off, kinda explains why Stewart dominated the straight rhythm, then fell over in a simple corner at MEC because his momentum couldn't hold him up, that goes for Canard too. These damn 4 strokes are causing all kinds of trouble and i'm the only one smart enough to see it.

I completely agree. 125cc cornering practice should be mandatory training haha

He will be very tough to beat- he stays on 2 wheels with decent starts and it's game over

I was sitting on needles almost afraid to watch him outdoors. Going that fast gives you zero time to react and require 100% sharpness all the time which he cannot uphold. I knew he was going to crash. I have it posted well before he did. He can be number 1. He is the most talented rider in a long long time but he needs to accept a second, third or even a top five if that's whats given to hime and be there ready for the next weekend.

Trying to extend his lead from one minute to a minute and a half in the later stages of the moto is pure lack of smartness and just idiotic. What does he gain by doing that except a long nice vacation?
