Not sure why, but a face full of roost is one of those "MX . . . in a thousand words" pictures.

That last pick kills. "Roost Him, No Goggles" That's a mechanic really helping out in any way he can.

Thanks. "Roost him", that's good advice goggles or not.

Couple of older Danny Magoo Chandler shots on his KTM, not taken by me.

Riding a current year CR60 is pretty much a giveaway.

I'm ok with it, I think... Blink

FTE, I shoulda known with the frame and focus.

Not sure what cc it is Bobby. Didn't they use the same cylinder mold for all sizes in those days?

Here's a couple more I saved of Danny, that I'd never seen before.

The fence is a hell of a lot safer than trying to ride like him. SadWhistling

Gawd damn...........these pics of Danny reminds me of when I saw him at Washougal ( either 82' or 83' ). He had come back from what I think was the Motocross Des nations race. Was still wearing the helmet he wore from that race. It rained like a bastard there at Washougal and it was wet , slimy and greasy as hell. Danny is running up towards the front and that crazy bastard was quading into the whoops! He wrecked like 2 - 3 times ( one of them really hard! ) and he still finished 3rd!! He would pick his bike up , start hauling some INSANE ass , blow by everyone and then go down again.

I will NEVER forget as me and my pops were there to witness it and my dad looked at me and said " That fucking guy is a lunatic! " HAHA!! One of my most memorable moments of the Washougal national. And I've seen a LOT of really special moments there.

125, right after he got off the YZ125 he was on just before. Believe he was supported by KTM, which was just making the name switch from Penton, and it ran a KTM engine unlike the Sachs (?) engine in the earlier Penton 125s.
