Saturday is great day to watch practice and cruise the pits. Usually it opens at noon- so you can use a whole day just for SX.
But nearby are some fun beach towns (Huntington Bch, Newport Bch, etc..) Lots of good beach bars (depending on your sons age) ... Then ya got a few theme parks too ( Disney, Knotts, Universal..)

The touristy stuff is okay. I'd spend some time in the beach towns. Huntington Beach is really cool, then all the south county stuff.

I like trains. So if I were you, I'd ride Metrolink all over So Cal all day long.

HIt up Pro-CIrcuit and Troy Lee Designs in Corona on Friday. The bikes and history in both shops are worth the trip. If your into warbirds, go to "The Planes of Fame" in Chino. Go see a P51 Mustang, P47 Thunderbolt, P38 Lighting or a F86 Sabre. Chino airport is by PC and TLD.

Does anyone know if Pro Circuit is open on Sunday? Probably not but I wish I could check it out before I leave which is Sunday night.

There should be plenty of hookers and blow to be found on Kattela.

I haven't been in So Cal for almost 20 years and unless Harvey's burned down and was rebuilt it was a pit with bikers as bouncers and maybe 10% of the ladies were decent. DG was a block or 2 away from there also.

i haven't been there in a while either but last time i was, it was one of the cleanest strip and pool joints in OC.
