..of 2 strokes in the early AM. Glen Helen held the 2 stroke World Championship races today. I got some photos for everyone. It was a cool cloudy day kinda breezy. Didn't get the full scores but I did get the main event race; and top four of that.
1-Austin Howell [681]
2-[Dr.] Doug Dubach [15]
3-Micheal Sleeter [111]
4-Bobby Garrison[928]

They was some Sweet cars rolling through there as well as bikes.
Enjoy.

I had never heard of him, but he must have some serious skills since he beat Dubach and Sleeter.

Congrats to him, hopefully this type of event gains some momentum and grows to include more tracks and events.

Cool pics, thanks for sharing! I saw Sleeters 250 on twitter the other day when he posted it...looks really good. That Husky looks pretty badass too. I thought they only made a wide-ratio 250 now, though.

You mean like the "4 stroke world championships that they had over 10 years ago?....Amazing how much things have changed over the last 10-15 years.

Dang missed ya!

I was parked right next to Dubach and you got a shot of my bike in Doug's van shot.

It was the most fun I have had racing in a long time.....it was sweet music in the air all day.

Sweet. The only thing better would be if you could deliver the sweet smell of race gas and mix in this thread.
