The more impressed I am with his riding style. This kid has got a tremendous amount of bike handling talent. At Steel City he was throwing the bike full on powerslide into a 180 left hander and riding a wheelie out of the turn with the wheel turned in the opposite direction of the lean. Did it several times.

Maybe it doesn't take much to impress me, but I like how that looked.

He is definately impressive. I wonder how he will stack up against Moto Marvin.

Tomac looks to me like he has unreal control of the bike with his lower half of the body....

I love watching pros rail corners but there are some that do it with style - Eli is one of those.

Seems like there are so many amazing riders in that class that have the potential to do what Trey has done recently and really break out. Must be hard to get your confidence with all the animals in the top 10!

A lot of you don't know this because they don't advertise it, but Eli Tomac is the son of John Tomac, a multi-national mountain bike champion.

He really knows how to train his son.

I think just about everyone here knows that. Most knew that before he went pro.

I think Tomac would have had better results had he not had heat exhaustion. I still think he is recovering.

Next year he is going to be a top guy much more regularly after a full season under his belt. Hopefully he is healthy after SX.

Just learn how to click it once and wait. It's not that hard to do.

Tomac really showed his amazing style at Steel City. It was a bummer that the heat tore him up that much, but he's a rookie and it seems like he is bouncing back.
