Will the MX series this summer be the moment that Tomac fans have been waiting for? Why do I suddenly have this feeling that we are going to see Eli keep it on two wheels all summer and thrash everyone including Roczen and Dungey? We have seen the speed many times and we know he is probably the fastest guy the USA has to offer in 2015. I think this is his time.

Maybe. For some reason I can't get excited about him though. Maybe if he starts cleaning house for a while. I like him, but something is missing in my opinion and I'm not sure what it is.

Maybe. I heard this last year too. Right now he is busy getting whooped by Dungey in Sx.

Nobody has seen Dungey outdoors on that new KTM. Will be interesting. With the snooze fest the sx series has become I can't wait for the nationals.

ET will have to prove his stamina is up to par and even above Dungey's. Dungey was top notch before Aldon Baker, just think what he should be like this summer.

Writing of Dungey for the outdoors is a kinda funny. He has proven over the years that he's a badass outdoors. New bike will solidify that this year

Fastest guy we have to offer? Yea I agree, because he has so many 450 wins against Dungey.

The way Dungey is going now, and how he finished up last season, gonna be very very very hard to beat.

I don't think we're going to be in for any major surprises outdoors. Dungey will finish on the podium at every round, and win his fair share. KROC will have a similar performance to Dungey. Tomac will grab a couple moto wins, maybe an overall, and have some poorer finishes too.

I am looking forward to it, because Tomac has a beast mode that we typically don't see out of Dungey.

Ohhhh yea forgot about JS7 maybe being back. IF he is there I don't see him winning the championship, but he will win some races and hopefully keep the points chase interesting...

I forgot about Aldon. Good luck to the rest of the field.

I hope Eli does great this year, and we have a tight 3 way battle for points. My main excitement though is with the 250 class and seeing Webb, Martin, Musquin and Cianciarulo.

Last year wasnt a fluke, Martin is a really good outdoor rider. He has all the tools. Should be a good season.

Didn't Roczen straight up beat him last year?

Why wouldn't he be the favorite going into the nationals? Even with an injury in SX.

Lol, I appreciate all the feedback bros. Im just speculating and wondering if he can find the magic and harness the raw crazy speed he posesses. No doubt Kenny will defend his title really well and we all know how solid Dungey is and he seems to be taking it up a notch. I'm a huge James fan but I will be suprised if he gets to ride the whole series. I am ready to watch Tomac rise to his potential.

Well I think you are gonna have to wait for 2016 for that. Personally I don't see the kawi being any better for his results. So maybe I'll be wrong and this will be his summer.

I always laugh when people give snarky comments. It's not far fetched to believe that Tomac has the speed to compete. He's just been on the ground quite a bit. All it takes is for him to figure out that little extra bit for him to be able to run with the front guys consistently. He's beat a healthy Roczen, Dungey and all others this season and in previous seasons. Consistency is his problem and one that can be fine tuned. . . Wouldn't surprise me to see him win a lot.

I agreed with this at first, and then I thought about how that didn't matter to KR last year since he was switching to the zook. I think he'll push no matter what, and since I am a fan I hope he kills it.

I think the hierarchy goes:

Dungey - Better than last year similar to Sx

Tomac - Gets his sh#t together consistency wise

Roczen - Confidence issues + return from injury

I was wondering this to myself last night… Maybe, he seems a bit fired up but can't seem to hold it together. He needs a good first round to build on, not the crap we saw in SX.

Funny. I recall you saying he wouldn't finish above 6th place on his best night in SX this year, yet he's won two, and you still have it out for the guy. Did he bang your wife?

If his FIM suspension gets shortened. It was good to see him doing some outdoor testing.
