Ok, hope this isn't a repost. This will make you cry like when ole yeller died! This is an amazing family story. I love how they deliver it to him at the end!

Is it wrong to admit that I shed a wee tear at that?

What a cool thing to do for their old man.

This post is from over a year ago but I wanted to resurrect it like the Norton in the video. Grab a box of tissues and watch through the credits as well.

"This is a story about how my brother and I stole our fathers 1969 Norton Commando, had it restored and then gave it back to him for Christmas. He had no idea."

That was cool.... thanks for bringing back to the front page I had never watched it before!

Moms reaction to her photo on the poster was hilarious!

I have a norton 650 commando in my garage I got for free a few months ago. Just needs some carb work, I actually had it started a few weeks ago, but when I tried to take off it broke the rusty chain.

Ha! (Applying to the fact that British bikes are always moaned about and the 'British' are always labelled as complete di$ks on this site, but everyone seams to love them..?)

Those Commando's.. Way too common and un-cool. Go back a few years the Dominators. Or more.. My grandads got a decent collection of Nortons. Even an ex-factory Manx that raced the Isle of Man TT back in 1954. That's a nice bike. Not a fan of the Commando..
