Just look at that form and aggression! (from so many years ago) Full beast mode right there. Roger certainly earned his nickname.
May I add that I wasn't even born during his era, but I still respect his racing abilities and accomplishments along with everything he has done (and still doing) post racing career. Huge fan right here.

Some would say he's going the pace of a trail ride right there...

but not me. I was lucky enough to see him RACE several times in person and believe me, The Man wasn't trail riding.

Another thing was BELRAY used that picture on their T-shirts back then along with Progressive Products on their company shirt.

You know what would be cool?

If we could get Roger to do the Vital Q n A and all the questions would be posed in the the form of old pictures...sort of like what Mathiss was doing there for awhile with "Tell me a story"

Whats going on in this picture Roger? You get the idea.

I thought Roger was irrelevant, just like Hannah is.

That's the first thing I noticed, the front end is almost completely compressed and the throttle is pinned. Smooth and fast.

At Ernee MXoN Roger was atop of VIP area, struggling to get a place to watch Team USA practice. Naturally we moved aside to give Roger a place and he kept us all informed of timings coming in over his head phones.
Have known Roger for many years through my artwork and even back to his GP days as a fan.
Managed to grab this quick selfie, crap quality but a nice momento from Ernee.
