If you've raced long enough you've experienced it, hell in everyday life you get the "opportunity". I've won a series high point in a big way after mechanical troubles that almost left me with no chance as my race was staged. My son almost always rises to his best when matched up against a better basketball team, yet also plays down to the level of a less talented team.
Is it our adrenaline that creates a mindset or focus, fight and push for survival and to win? There's almost always something there when we need it. If riding coaches, team managers can "fabricate" or create that stage-mindset advantage or somehow can adrenaline and open as needed would guys like Dungey… or even Grant be able to win this championship?
We don’t need GET, Air Shocks or Factory backed L&Mc, but we do need that drive.
