The AMA idiots have spoken! You guys do realize that this suspension is probably already a compromise made between WADA not appealing to the CAS and the FIM's decision, right?

This whole suspension smells of a compromise between the FIM and WADA to not appeal to the CAS for a two year ban instead of 16 months.

Stewart can appeal to CAS. Your point is invalid. If it was compromise they would need Stewart agreement on this.

From my understanding WADA is ok with Stewart taking this medication. They even gave him TUE for next year. This is solely FIM decision. If anything WADA can appeal to CAS for penalty being too harsh. They`ve done it before.
