Dungey had a pretty good digger. Barcia's wasn't so bad.

9/21/2012 11:32 AM

Dungey's looked nasty was he allright

9/21/2012 11:34 AM

According to Moto - Dungey is fine!

9/21/2012 11:40 AM

Very cool. Baggett looked fast on the 250 in that deep sand.

PEACE!

Does every team get to practice the track a week before the actual race?

Bagget looked very good!

9/21/2012 11:47 AM

Baggett and Barcia both looked fast, Dungey looked controlled. Glad to see some laps from them on the track.

I was wondering about that too. You would think that should not be allowed so close to the actual race.

They all look solid should be some great racing!

Vote "YES" on Prop 8

Good question! Big advantage. Most the other guys have raced there before so at least the US gets some track time.

As answered in another thread...I checked with an FIM official, and there's nothing in the rule book that prevents it.

Any track that's built is available for any participant or team who wants to race it or ride it up to a week before the competition.... Besides the Americans, I have spotted France (Marvin Musquin), England (Max Anstie), Russia (Evgeny Bobryshev), New Zealand (Cody Cooper), Spain (Jose Butran), Holland (Marc DeReuver) and Estonia (Tanel Leok) there this week too, and that's just from a few videos.

But after today, I think it gets shut down to all.

I'm sure that back in the 80's the Belgians would've found a way to prevent it.

Baggett looks like he isnt even sinking into the sand, kind of hydroplanning across the top, his low weight definitly is going to help him next weekend. They all look good to be honest...consistency is gonna win this...

Looks like the last time any money was spent on that facility was the 80's. How do you say weed whacker in Belgian?

I miss

Barcia looked uncomfortable on the 450, I hope he gets it together.

Another vid from Vurb:

Impressed with Baggett.

Track will be a lot rougher than that come racing. Baggett looked impressive but the team are going to have a hard time keeping that motor together if he revs it as much during the moto's!

Ouch Dungey and Barcia crashing just on a Practice day
looks like Bagget might pull a RV 07 minus the holeshots

Wow I must have been watching another vid. I thought Barcia looked good and Bagget looked great. From watching that video Dungey looked like he needs to take it up a notch. I think we will do fine over there.

I thought Dungey looked the best...
Go figure...

They all look really good, as you would expect. Hope we get to see some good racing.

I regret my username, I chose it before I realized that the pro 2 stroke crowd on vital mx are completely and utterly insane.

Don't worry about what other people think, they don't do it very often.

9/21/2012 12:32 PM

Dang BB looks fast as hell, I hope he doesn't blow his bike up, he is murdering that motor.

Just about every rider that lines up at Lommel is good for a crash or maybe several.
That track can get away from you quick and is forever changing.

9/21/2012 12:38 PM

Yoy cannot tell by this video if the're fast or not. What would you compare it with?
I saw a helmetcam video from Marc de Reuver, just two days ago and he looked way faster than Barcia with the helmetcam on the same circuit today. And Marc will be happy with a top 10 finish, just saying.

You just can't say anything yet. Now the track is flat like a pancake. Wait till next weekend, there'll be bumps so deep you only see the helmet of the guy in front of you.... go figure.

I thought Baggett looked the best, it's not like i'm an expert. The Barcia butt whips kind of got me, didn't look like he was comfortable, just my 2 cents and not worth that much.

Blake, Barcia and Dungey look great, this is going to be a good race, they' sound confident and ready.

Another awesome vid. USA look great as expected. Track looks fairly smooth (by Lommel standards) right now. By moto 2 next Sunday one suspects it'll be a lot slower than that with big holes everywhere. Damn I love this race, can't wait until it all kicks off for real!
