They only have one rider (so far) on the team. They had 2 last year. Start handing out the good stuff to Mike Alessi. The guy is a proven front runner in the outdoors so how could it hurt? I think the goal of these companies is to sell bikes so why not show some riders up in the front on them? Webb what is the reason for the lack of support? Help this guy! Just sayin.

man you haven't been paying attention............there is no such thing as works parts, you just go down to Yosh and buy what you need........and MA and MCR don't need them anyway even if there were.........keep up!!

Real funny the responses but I am pretty certain the Suzuki has plenty of parts to go around. Nothing against Metty but Mike has just as good as chance of a championship if not better. Why not increase your odds? I bleed yellow so I also don't understand why they haven't paid any pro contingency since 2010. Is the team trying to make people not ride Suzukis?

His parts seem to work just fine on the MCR450. Maybe he needs to ride harder? Suzuki U.S. has no parts. Yoshimura gets theirs from Japan... Understand.

Suzukis dont sell period. Not even when they had RC. After Mikey wins Hangtown the parts will come. Probably see a yellow MCR bike at that point

Looks like they're more concerned with trying to stay in business right now than shelling out $ for a race program. The reality of economics doesn't necessarily coincide with the desire to create PR through a high profile racing effort. Bean counters have a way of taking the fun out of business.Sad

It's been well known for years around here that all he needs is the exact bike AC222 is riding in Europe, then he will live up to the hype! I'm just not sure how Suzuki can help him out with that...

Seriously though, I think if Mike is going to win races it will be up to him and not some extra back door Suzuki parts.

What parts? I can only imagine. Suspension to start with. Engine settings, a little bit or lot. What was the difference in Reed's PC compared to his factory Honda? Probably a lot more than we know. Not here to get in a debate ( I know shouldn't be here) but from what I understand they are not getting anything. Who else other than Metty is a front runner that rides yellow?Shoot give him last years stuff. Like I said earlier "Just sayin".

Why waste $$$ on him? he's the biggest never was out there. waaaaaaaaaaay too much hype and for what ??? a few podium finishes?? support the up and comming riders not someone who gets holeshots then fades like a cheap suit race after race.

Yes I am a fan. A fan of moto. Was it a waste to give Wey factory Kawi parts and a ride? What about Dietrich? Georke? Myerscough? All these guys didn't have a ride and either got parts/ride or some help and it improved their results. I guess winning 3-4 nationals isn't enough for you guys. Lot more than anybody of this board. I love underdog stories. Brent has a good start.

Mike Alessi is riding better then ever in supercross in my opinion. On a MCR bike. Maybe when MIke and suzuki cut ties there was some love loss there? Decoster has said it himself that mike and tony were not the easiest of individuals to get along with at that time.

Steve.........you're 110% right, but this is not that era and the financial hits the M/C industry has taken the last few years is brutal.......and on top of that Team Alessi (not necessarily Mike) have burned almost every bridge left in the game..........

they're very lucky that MCR took a shot and that's probably about the best he's ever gonna get.......reality is the sport and time has moved on and TA blew it...........

maybe, maybe if goes outside this year and does what Reed did, maybe someone might give him a second or third chance.....................but until he does that, what you want to see ain't gonna happen IMO..........
