...after 6 months the doctor said I will need surgery on my non-union collarbone. My surgery is Feb 3rd. It never healed and has been nagging me since I broke it June 30th. Ill need a plate, screws and a bone graft from my hip. Hopefully I can be healed up by early spring so I can get myself a 450 and get back out on the track!!!

I broke mine August 1st last year after getting bumped on a double and faceplanting at South Fork track in Taylorville, IL.. I was back in the gym with-in 6 weeks, but didn't do anymore racing. $16,000 damage to me, and only $6 damage to the ol' 08 RM 250.

Buddy of mine just had his r/h one done 10-days ago, but didn't say anything about a graft.
His seat belt kept snagging on it.
Said it is healing fine, as of a few days ago. Good luck with yours.

Mine was on an 03 RM250. I was going into fast right handed sweeper and highsided...I woke up and my shoulder was on FIRE! My buddy had to come pick me up and take me to the ER.

2 days after I broke it my daughter was born. Needless to say, when she was born I didn't feel any pain! Ill post a xray and 3d ct scan pic later.
