Webb led wire to wire. Canard pressured a bunch but then eased up last 2 laps. No sense pushing. I watched with Webb's mom. Nice lady and very watchful over her son.

Febvre was way back on the start and spent the short heat coming through the pack but Webb and Trey were long gone.

I've felt for a while that Webb will be the hottest commodity coming out of the 250 ranks for some time, in spite of many of the negative comments that I've read concerning his character.
